Fruit Salad Smoothie
- 1 banana
- 10 grapes, seedless
- 1 kiwi, peeled
- 1 apple, cored and chopped
- 1/2 cantaloupe, peeled and seeded
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup frozen or fresh mango
- 3 cups orange juice
You may blend these ingredients in a stand blender or hand held blender. Both work fine. Enjoy the mix of wonderful fruit flavours!
Fruit and vegetables are something we can never eat too much of. Veggie juices and fruit juices really don't hold a candle to the real thing! We are all getting used to faster, easier, and convenient, but there are certain things we just shouldn't cut corners for. I believe our health deserves time and effort! Take care!
